Socorro Almodovar - Reception/Data Specialist
Socorro is the Receptionist/Data Specialist. She began working with St. John Neumann in 2011 as the part-time Liturgical Coordinator. In 2013, she accepted the position of Receptionist/Data Specialist at SJN. She has an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts. In addition to her job duties, she is also a 4th grade catechist and Eucharist minister and is very involved in various ministries, including having traveled to Belize with our Belize mission group. Her outgoing manner and friendly disposition are a perfect match for the duties she performs. She is the first person that the public meets when visiting SJN offices and is always friendly, informative and courteous to our visitors.
Letty Estrada
John Jonson, CPA - Bookkeeper
John and his wife Cruz are proud to be St John Neumann (SJN) parishioners. John is a CPA. He and his wife (a Texas native) moved to San Antonio after he retired from a career doing Federal financial audits. He then worked several years in accounting at City of San Antonio, after which he and Cruz started a small tax and accounting business. He loves helping SJN with its accounting.
Paul Hernandez
Paul Hernandez - Maintenance Coordinator
Paul has been working for SJN since 2012. He retired after 20 years from the Alamo Heights School District and decided to come back to the workforce. He is responsible for janitorial duties and is also maintenance backup, as needed, for repairs of the church. Paul does an excellent job and maintains the facilities in an excellent fashion.
David Boyle
David Boyle - Facilities
David has been with SJN since 2001 as a part-time Janitorial Maintenance Assistant. David is a full-time realtor and works part-time at SJN. David is very dedicated to SJN and is very dependable when needed - no matter what time of the day or night! David is a ball of energy and is also very active with our SJN Knights of Columbus.
Estella Hermosillo
Estella Hermosillo - Generations of Faith Coordinator
Estella has been a Parishioner at SJN since 2013 and holds a level 1 catechist certificate. She has helped facilitate RCIA, confirmation classes, religious education for 4th grade, high school and middle school youth. Estella served as Liturgy member of the Pastoral Council 2015-2018. She is also a full time Residential Mortgage Loan Officer and has been in Banking & Finance for over 20 years.
