The holidays for most of us are gathering, laughter, sampling holiday treats, and sharing loving family memories. For others it’s a challenging time as we are reliving histories of love ones lost through death, divorce and/or separation. St. John Neumann Catholic Church (Family Life Committee) will once again sponsor the Grieving Support for the Holidays Workshop focus will provide participants opportunity to learn how to grieve, through effective coping strategies that include memorializing loved ones, reevaluating attitudes about death and loss, effective mourning, and finding hope so that the holidays are once again a JOYFUL time of the season even for those individual’s that have suffered a recent or pass loss.
