A.C.T.S. Ministry
An ACTS retreat is a three-day, three-night Catholic lay retreat presented by fellow parishioners as Apostolic Christians Teaching for Service (ACTS). Talks and activities will focus on Adoration, Community, Theology, and Service. Holy Scripture and the teachings of the Catholic Church are the guidelines for the retreat. The purpose of the retreat is to instill in the retreatant a new and deeper relationship with our Lord and fellow parishioners through prayer, fellowship, and the teachings of the Catholic faith, and the experience of service to our Lord, our parish, and each other.

Te invitamos a participar con nosotros en un fin de semana extraordinario. Esta experiencia se llevará a cabo del 12 al 15 de Octubre de 2017 en el centro de retiro de San Antonio de Padua.(100 Peter Baque Rd., San Antonio, Tx. 78209) Será una oportunidad para la renovación espiritual y hacer muchas amistades.
Los objetivos del retiro son: Brindar la oportunidad a que cada participante se enfoque en su fe y la aplicación de esta en la vida diaria; encontrar propósito en su vida de oración, aumentar su presencia en la liturgia y cultivar amistades entre los miembros de la comunidad de la iglesia.

We would like to invite you to join us for an extraordinary weekend. This experience will take place Thursday, October 12th - 15th, 2017 at St. Anthony de Padua Retreat Center. It will be an opportunity for spiritual renewal and the making of many friends.

The goals of the retreat are to allow an opportunity for each person to focus on their faith and its application during their daily lives, to build purpose in their prayer life, to increase their presence at the liturgy, and to cultivate friendship among members of the church community.
The Retreat begins Thursday evening, October 12th, with check-in at St. John Neumann Family Center at 5:30 PM, and ends Sunday, October 15th with a meal of fellowship in parish hall following the 12:00 PM Return Mass. Round trip transportation to and from the Retreat Center will be provided for all retreatants.
Cost for each retreatant is $170.00. A deposit of $50.00 must be submitted with this form in order to reserve your place on the retreat. The balance is due at the Thursday check-in before the retreat begins. PLEASE NOTE: Financial difficulties should not prevent anyone from attending the Retreat.
