A.C.T.S. Ministry
An ACTS retreat is a three-day, three-night Catholic lay retreat presented by fellow parishioners as Apostolic Christians Teaching for Service (ACTS). Talks and activities will focus on Adoration, Community, Theology, and Service. Holy Scripture and the teachings of the Catholic Church are the guidelines for the retreat. The purpose of the retreat is to instill in the retreatant a new and deeper relationship with our Lord and fellow parishioners through prayer, fellowship, and the teachings of the Catholic faith, as well as through service to our Lord, our parish, and each other.

2018 Men's ACTS Retreat
Our physical bodies need to stay hydrated in the Texas summer heat, and so does the Spirit that lives within us. The Men’s ACTS Retreat is just the place to light the fire that may have turned to embers or has extinguished. Come share in a life-changing experience, rejoicing in the name of Jesus and getting to know His mercy and love at this year’s St. John Neumann’s Men’s ACTS retreat beginning Thursday evening, August 23rd, through SundayAugust 2626, 2018, at St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church Retreat Center. A.C.T.S. means Adoration, Community, Theology, and Service, which are the four pillars that the weekend retreat is built on. All men 18 years and older are invited; bring a friend or relative with you for this life-changing weekend. Cost for each retreatant is $175.00. A $50.00 deposit is required with this form to reserve your place on the retreat. The Retreat is due at the Thursday check-in before the retreat begins. RetreatSE NOTE: Financial difficulties should not prevent anyone from attending the Retreat.
