Project of Mercy - Posada Guadalupe

Posada Guadalupe is a shelter located at 1006 San Carlos St., in San Antonio; dedicated to assisting homeless unaccompanied youth immigrants, referred by local hospitals who have aged out of detention centers. The shelter provides them with a place to stay, food, and assist them to transition into productive lives, through hospitality, advocacy and education. On Saturday, March 25, from 4-6 pm. our second “Project of Mercy” will be providing a B.B.Q meal for the young men residing at Posada Guadalupe. Please help us serve and provide these young men a delicious Texas-style meal with lots of delicious desserts to splurge on…and if only for a couple of hours; forget their personal pain and life’s struggles. If you would like a ride and/or to caravan to the shelter, please meet in the SJN front parking lot by 3:15 pm. Money donations are greatly appreciated and welcome, as are side dishes and desserts.
